Overview

Continuing on from Module 1, this workshop in alignment witih a palliative approach focuses on goals of patient care and quality of life. It also touches on terminal and end of life care

This module comprises three units:
1. Advance Care Planning (ACP)
2. Assessment and Symptom Management
3. Continuum of Care Inclusive of End of Life and Terminal Care
